2. Hosting & Website Development

This website is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) via the service provider DAVI The Humanizers (davi.ai). It was developed by Elandry (elandry.fr).

As part of normal server operations, OVH may automatically collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access). This data is used solely for technical and security purposes and is not used to identify individual users.


3. Data We Collect and Why

3.1 Contact Form

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Your message

This data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to communications addressed to us, and, where applicable, the performance of a pre-contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of your last contact, after which it is permanently deleted.

3.2 YouTube Video Embeds

Several pages on this website include videos embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you visit a page containing a YouTube embed, YouTube may set cookies and collect data about your visit, even if you do not play the video.

YouTube’s data collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred to Google servers outside the European Union.

Our cookie management tool (see Section 4) allows you to block YouTube embeds before any data is transmitted to Google.
